The rooms are clean, staff are very helpful, and the breakfast is really good for a continental. The pool is clean, it’s right next to a Keg steakhouse and Public Storage, gas station McDonald’s etc. I enjoyed my stay there.
Room is clean upon arrival. Bed has a squeaky sound which did not bother me much. Breakfast is standard but I like how spotless the staff maintains that space. I also like the coffee machine which you can make different varieties of coffee. The pool is clean but I wish it’s heated. Sauna is a bonus. The hotel is right off hwy 401 which is very convenient. Overall a good 4-night stay!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had an amazing stay at Best Western over the holidays! The staff were absolutely fantastic—housekeeping, front desk, maintenance, and breakfast staff were all super friendly, helpful, and accommodating. You can really feel how much they care about their guests. The hotel amenities were excellent and everything was clean and well maintained. The location is also a huge plus—so close to Scarborough Town Centre and right off the 401, making it super accessible and convenient. Would 100% stay here again and highly recommend!
We’ll run hotel with pretty much every amenity you could wish for. Close to the 401 - which is very convenient yet road noise not an issue. Has a nice pool, rooms were pleasant and everything worked. Particularly liked the free breakfast. I needed a place that was far to the east of Toronto, which might be an issue if you need to be downtown Would definitely stay again.
We had a great stay here, pool was clean. The staff were polite. It's in a fairly industrial region so there's not a lot within walking distance. But if you have access to a car there's tons around. I'd stay here again if I was in the area or needed to be.
We enjoyed our stay, it was easy to access by the 401. Quiet even if it's located by the highway. Really close to the zoo and not too far to go downtown. The room was nice and clean, the staff was kind and there is a lot of parking available. Nice breakfast !
Had an executive room (for a change) vs regular room. What a treat & surprise ..the room was extremely large w good views, kitchenette, living room, large washroom ..larger than my apartment back home. Enjoyed my quick trip/stay..
No major complaints. Overall clean. Bedding was not super comfortable but fine. Good breakfast with lots of options.
